Prepare and administer contracts, change orders, progress billings, and lien releases while ensuring accurate financial tracking and documentation. Conduct regular site inspections to verify safety compliance, resolve field issues, and maintain high‑quality workmanship. Drive project efficiency through proactive coordination, clear communication, and strong client and vendor relationships.
