Our Story

Lead and manage multiple commercial construction projects from pre‑construction planning through final closeout. Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain schedule alignment, quality standards, and project milestones. Prepare and administer contracts, change orders, progress billings, and lien releases while ensuring accurate financial tracking and documentation. Conduct regular site inspections to verify safety compliance, resolve field issues, and maintain high‑quality workmanship. Drive project efficiency through proactive coordination, clear communication, and strong client and vendor relationships.

EXPERIENCE

We have over 25 years of Construction Industry Experience managing small turnkey and large multi resident multi unit renovations. We have worked in and around the greater Boston area for some of the most prestigious institutions. Our skilled & talented tradesmen are proficient at fast paced projects in highly sensitive and critical areas of a building.
